Deutsch: Bei der Einweihung des Neuen Rathauses in Hannover am 20. Juni 1913 war auch Kaiser Wilhelm II. zugegen. Während der bürgerliche Stadtdirektor Heinrich Tramm auf den Treppen des Rathauses auf die Begrüßung seiner Majestät zu warten hatte, wandte sich das Staatsoberhaupt zunächst dem Adel, insbesondere den vor dem Rathaus versammelten Militärs zu. Später eröffnete der Kaiser mit seiner Unterschrift das Goldene Buch der (heutigen) niedersächsischen Landeshauptstadt ...
