Français : Autres titres : Édifice CBC;Maison de Radio-Canada;Édifice des Communications. Description : Son existence fut cependant de courte durée. Après moins de 20 ans d'exploitation, l'hôtel Ford ferme ses portes le 10 septembre 1948 : l'édifice allait dorénavant abriter les services de la Société Radio-Canada, et ce jusqu'en 1970, date du déménagement de la Société d'État dans son nouvel édifice à l'extrémité est du boulevard Dorchester. L'ancien hôtel Ford a depuis été transformé pour offrir en location 11 000 mètres carrés d'espaces à bureaux et 2 000 mètres carrés de locaux commerciaux.
