Summary[edit]

Description
English: View northeast along the Chicago River, with the replica 1757 British Navy warship HMS Rose moored along the south bank of the Chicago River east of Michigan Avenue. During its visit to Chicago in August 1990, the ship was open for public tours. The North Pier Apartments (474 North Lake Shore Drive) and Cityfront Place (400 North McClurg Court) are visible under construction. Part of the NBC Tower is visible at the extreme left of the image.
