حمام رهنان اصفهان در منطقه ۱۱شهرداری اصفهان و در محله ای به همین نام واقع شده است. این بنا توسط یکی از رجال سلسله زندیه به نام حاج آقا محمد رنانی ساخته شده است، به دستور او این مجموعه و شاهکار بی نظیر، در میان ۴ محله قدیمی رهنان و در کنار بازارچه و مسجد ذوقبلتین بنا شده است.

گرمابه رهنان، با ۱۴۶۷ متر مربع مساحت شامل ۲ حمام بزرگ و کوچک برای استفاده جداگانه اما همزمان زنان و مردان است، از این رو به «حمام دو قلو» معروف است. بینه بزرگ و زیبای این حمام دارای پوششی گنبدی است که ۱۶ ستون سنگی و آجری، بار پوشش طاق را تحمل می کند و به نشانه کثرت یا تکرار تصویر آن ستون ها در آب حوض های سکوی میانی، به «حمام چهلستون» نیز معروف است.
