Description

Minister-president Rutte is van 24 t/m 29 maart 2015 op handelsmissie in China. Ook staatssecretaris Mansveld van Infrastructuur en Milieu is hierbij is aanwezig. Verder reist een delegatie van ruim 70 Nederlandse bedrijven mee.


De reis staat in het teken van de verdere versterking van de diplomatieke en economische banden tussen Nederland en China. Nederland behoort tot de top drie van Europese handelspartners van China. De wederzijdse handel tussen beide landen bedroeg in 2014 bijna €44 miljard. De bedrijvenmissie richt zich op de steden Shanghai en Shenzhen.


De minister-president neemt tijdens zijn reis ook deel aan het Boao Forum for Asia, een jaarlijkse conferentie voor regeringsleiders, internationale wetenschappers en bedrijven.
