Summary[edit]

Description This statue was created to honor the German poet and shoemaker Hans Sachs who lived in Nuremberg (September 5, 1494 - January 19, 1576). Auf dem freien Platze, nahe seinem ehemaligen Wohnhäuschen, ist Hans Sachs in einem 1874 von Konrad Kraußer / Johann Konrad Krausser geschaffenen Denkmal verewigt.
