Shqip: Pavarësisht ndikimit të madh, shumë qendra të kulturës publike në mbarë Kosovën kanë pushuar së ekzistuari në fillim të viteve të 90-ta. Ekzistenca e tyre u dëmtua edhe më shumë pas përfundimit të luftës në Kosovë, kur shumica e tyre i janë nënshtruar ndryshimit të statusit dhe destinacionit, apo edhe kanë përfunduar të shkatërruar gjatë luftës. Shtëpia e kulturës në Llukar ishte një nga të paktat që i mbijetoi fillimit të viteve 2000 derisa u braktis përfundimisht në vitin 2008.
Investimi në infrastrukturën kulturore dhe komunitare është thelbësor për shëndetin, mirëqenien sociale dhe prosperitetin ekonomik të komuniteteve. Infrastrukturat kulturore dhe të drejtuara nga komuniteti mund të luajnë një rol të rëndësishëm në bashkimin e njerëzve për të krijuar miqësi dhe rrjete mbështetëse sociale dhe për të ndihmuar komunitetet të zhvillojnë aftësitë e jetës dhe qëndrueshmërinë.
English: Regardless of the great impact, many public culture centers across Kosovo have ceased existing at the beginning of the 90s. Their existence was further harmed after the war-end in Kosovo when the majority of them have undergone status and destination change, or even ended up destroyed during the war. The culture house in Llukar was one of the few to have survived the early 2000s until it, was finally abandoned in 2008.
Investment in cultural and community infrastructure is essential for the health, social wellbeing, and economic prosperity of communities. Cultural and community-driven infrastructures can play an important role in bringing people together to form friendships and social support networks and help communities develop life skills and resilience. |
