Summary[edit]

Description
English: A faithful reproduction of pen, ink and watercolour paining by Samuel Hieronymous Grimm. The painting is looking southwards, depicting a pursuit of hares with sighthounds that chase the hare at Muntham Court near Findon, West Sussex. The 18th century manor house is visible in the background with Church Hill and Clapham Wood further back. On the left edge of the painting there is an open landscape that is now the city of Worthing.
