English: Located in Chapabagan area near Narajole Rajbari main premises, Hawa Mahal was a palace for music and entertainment. It forms a part of Narajole Rajbari with its premises protected under West Bengal Heritage Commission. It is mentioned in the list of protected monuments under West Bengal Heritage Commission published on 25th January 2017 ( Page 12). Narajole Rajbari belonged the Khan family who derived the title Khan from Nawab Nazim of Bengal in 1596. |
