English: This is an image of Black Pit Lock on the Rochdale Canal, located at the end of Holme Street in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Yards to the right of this image is the Hebden Bridge Trades Club, where Lindsay Rimer visited minutes before her disappearance and presumed abduction in 1994. 5 months later she was found dead 1 mile further up this canal (in the direction the camera if facing). Her murder remains unsolved as of 2022. |
