160311-N-QF605-042 DOUALA, Cameroon (March 11, 2016) - Capt. Heidi Agle, commodore, Military Sealift Command Europe and Africa, presents a plaque to Chief of Cameroon Navy representative, Capt. Fru Fon Clement, chief of logistics at Naval Headquarters, during a closing ceremony for African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership Cameroon March 11, 2016. Cameroon Navy, customs and fisheries worked with U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and civilian mariners aboard USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1), during the facilitated theater security cooperation initiative that aims to build African partner nation capacity to patrol and enforce maritime law within the Cameroon's territorial waters and economic exclusive zone. The Military Sealift Command expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead is on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations to support the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
