English: Aufbauminister in HamburgSofortprogramm für 150 000 Wohnungen.In einer Entschliessung zur Finanzierung des sozialen Wohnungsbaus halten die Aufbauminister der Westzone und Westberlins, die am 10. und 11. Juni 1949 in Hamburg tagten, den sofortigen Bau von 150 000 Wohnungen in der Doppelzone für moeglich. Hierfür wären 1,5 Milliarden Mark erforderlich, die in Form einer Wohnungsabgabe aus dem kleinen Lastenausgleich und aus den Haushaltsmitteln der Länder abgezweigt werden könnte.Unser Bild zeigt die Aufbauminister in Hamburg.V. l. n. r.: Oberbaudirektor Meier-Ottens (Hamburg) - Minister Wittstock (Niedersachsen) - Minister Heinrich Zinnkann (Hessen) - Minister Steinhoff (Nordrhein-Westfalen) und Stadtrat Niklitz (Berlin).11-6-49 dpd
