Signature for the artist on the ad for the Grateful Dead at Eagles Auditorium looks like "J. Willard"; same signature on the cover at File:Helix, v.1, no.8, Jul. 27, 1967 - DPLA - 0a1edcaddb79ec047fe6160ec619dd2f (page 1).jpg, so presumably a Seattle artist.
