Cover: Dark blue skull (two sections). Page 2 article advocates for freeing Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. Page 5 article discusses news from Fort Lewis. Articles on pages 9-14 discuss environmental concerns. Page 20 includes a reproduction of Western Defense Command's "Instructions to all persons of Japanese ancestry" for King County. Following President Roosevelt's Executive Order 9066, the notice requires that one family member must report to the Civil Control Station to receive instructions regarding transportation to assembly centers.
