Description
Svenska: Helsingborg. Drottninggatan. "Särskilt värdefull bebyggelse enligt PBL 3:12§: Kristinehall 1: Drottninggatan 27-Karl Johans gata 2. Huset byggdes 1904-05 arkitekt Ola Anderson, byggmästare Anders J Wilson. Uppfört i tegel med putsad fasad. Fem våningar + inredd vind mot Drottninggatan och sex + inredd vind mot Karl Johans gata. Fasaderna är putsade i ockragult och är rikt dekorerade. Taket är dels i enkupigt rött tegel, dels i brun plåt. I trapphallen mot Drottninggatan finns en väggrelief i stuckatur. 1976 inreddes vinden. 1979-85 ändrades fasaden. De ursprungliga runda takkuporna ersattes av kupor med "sadeltak", mot Drottninggatan av takfönster. Mot väster sattes en rad takfönster i mansardtaket och en fyrkantig kupa i NV. Fasaden har förenklats sedan nybyggnadstillfället, olika dekorativa element har tagits bort." Källa: Bevarandeprogram för Drottninggatan och Pålsjö (PDF) 44. Helsingborgs museum (1999).
