Nederlands: Het Parnassiapark. Doorkijk over de drie rondelen richting het oosten. De grond is geschonken door de familie Van Reenen. Over het ontwerp van het park bestaat geen duidelijkheid. Mogelijk is het ontworpen door mevr. Van Reenen-Völter met steun van tuinarchitect Van Beek. De aanleg is begonnen in 1911. Het is bedoeld voor verpozing op warme dagen. Jac. P Thijse (1865-1945) richt een heemtuin in met zeldzame duinflora. Op de paden bestaan uit kalkzandsteen en stroken met schelpenverharding. In 1914 wordt in het perk het Duinmuseum geopend. Het dak ervan steekt boven de begroeiing uit. |
