Author From a photograph by Ellis & Walery, Upper Baker Street, London. 'Walery' was a byline of Count Stanislaw Julian Ostrorog (1830-1890) and then his son Stanislaw Julian Ignacy (1863-1935). The latter partnered with Alfred Ellis (1854-1930) to form the Ellis & Walery studio which was active during 1890-1900.
