Description
Nederlands: Militaire functies raken onvoldoende gevuld, de uitstroom is te hoog en het bestand burgerambtenaren vergrijst. Hoog tijd voor een stevig pakket aan maatregelen om het tij te keren en de dijk te dichten. Commandeur Huub Hulsker, directeur Personeel & Bedrijfsvoering van het Commando Zeestrijdkrachten, is met een plan aan de gang. “Met het project P-continuïteit gaan we zogenoemde lekstromen identificeren en maatregelen nemen om een te hoog verloop tegen te gaan.”
