Summary[edit]

This is the crystal structure to human CD40L (CD154). The biological unit is believed to be a trimer. I accessed the data from the Protein Data Bank (PDB: 1ALY) and rendered it using Pymol.

For the original data, see: Karpusas, M., Hsu, Y.M., Wang, J.H., Thompson, J., Lederman, S., Chess, L., Thomas, D. 2 A crystal structure of an extracellular fragment of human CD40 ligand. Structure v3 pp.1031-1039 , 1995
