Deutsch: Beispiel einer Hybridschaltung auf Keramiksubstrat. Gut zu erkennen sind die mehrfach übereinanderliegenden Druckschichten der Leiterbahnen und der dazwischenliegenden blauen Isolationsschichten bei Überkreuzungen. Die dunklen Rechtecke sind gedruckte Widerstände; man sieht dort die dünnen Einbrennschnitte der Laser zum Widerstandsabgleich.
English: Example of a hybrid integrated circuit on a ceramic substrate. Clearly visible are the multiple layers of the interconnects and the blue insulating layers. The dark rectangles are printed resistors, and the thin laser-cut slices used for resistance matching.
