Description
Português: Localizado à Rua Conselheiro Henriques, fazendo esquina com a Praça D. Adauto,

antigos Beco do Carmo e Campo do Conselheiro Diogo, respectivamente, este sobrado do século XIX, pertenceu originalmente ao Comendador Santos Coelho. 

Revestido externamente com azulejos portugueses da fábrica Devezas da cidade do

Porto constitui um dos últimos exemplares de residência em João Pessoa que ainda apresenta este tipo de acabamento. Outro elemento marcante na imagem do edifício são os arcos ogivais que definem suas aberturas. 

Por representar, segundo o IPHAEP, “um dos mais belos exemplares da arquitetura”

residencial de sua época, este prédio encontra-se tombado através do Decreto nº. 8632, de

26 de agosto de 1980.
