Español: Edificio La Francia. El Edificio La Francia, pionero en el arte de la joyería, desde 1946. Es conocido también como el mercado de oro. Se encuentra ubicado diagonal a la Plaza Bolívar de Caracas en la esquina Las Monjas.
El 30 de abril de 2017 el Presidente Nicolás Maduro, pidió la instalación del Estado Mayor de la Juventud en el edificio, actualmente se encuentra en rehabilitación.
