Description
Español: Popularmente conocida como la “Iglesia de la Conchita”, la Capilla de la Purísima Concepción se encuentra en un espacio tranquilo y tradicional de la Ciudad de México, en Coyoacán. La Iglesia de la Conchita fue construida por encomienda de Hernán Cortés en el siglo XVII. Anteriormente, el sitio era un centro ceremonial prehispánico de la civilización tolteca y fue en esta ubicación donde se celebró la primera misa de la región durante la epoca de la colonia.
