Description

Trata-se de uma igreja tardo-românica com um portal de transição românico-gótico. Este é de arco quebrado, com duas arquivoltas, decorado com boleado e enxaquetado. A arquivolta exterior é suportada por uma mísula de feição antropomórfica. Ligeiramente acima do portal e do lado esquerdo existe um relevoque parece representar três mulheres e que segundo a tradição popular representa o parto. A empena é truncada por um campanário com duas ventanas de arco plenos, onde se alojam os sinos. O alçado norte exibe um arcossólio com túmulo e uma porta de arco pleno, com decoração de estrelas. O alçado oposto mostra um arcossólio e um vão de iluminação, para além de uma representação em baixo-relevo com duas figuras, estando uma delas deitada e a outra ajoelhada junto dela. Os alçados são corridos por uma cachorradade rica e variada representação zoomórfica, onde se podem observar porcos, pássaros e touros.
