Description
English: The April 1, 1860 issue of Illustreret Tidende had an article about a proposed impregnable iron fortress, solicited in London by a Mr. William Hall. The illustrations were copied from the March 24, 1860 edition of the Illustrated London News. Among the illustrations in the article was this artwork of a squadron attacking the fortress, on page 227.
