Herdaughter has inherited this artistictemperament to a marked degree andhas made several public appearancesin concerts as the star performer onseveral instruments. The greatest re-sponsibility in life to Sister White, atthe present time, is to guide this pre-cious daughter into paths of righteousliving, and she feels that the greatestmission in life for any woman is thatof motherhood. WOOLLEY, Ralph Edwin, superin-tendent of the erection of the Ha-waiian Temple, was born March 4,1886, at Grantsville, Utah, a son ofSamuel Edwin Woolley and Alice Row-berry. He was baptized in the springof 1894 at Skull Valley, Utah, by Wm.W. Cluff, and a year later accompa- nied his parents to Hawaii, where hisfather presided over the Mission from1895 to 1919. Bro. After re-turning to Grantsville, Utah, in 1905,he was ordained a Seventy by J. Reu-ben Clark, sen. He attended the Uni-versity of Utah and received the de-gree of B. S. in engineering in 1912.He also received the degree of B. S.from the Agricultural College of theUtah Engineering School in 1914. In1916, he was commissioned by Pres.Joseph F. Smith to superintend theerection of the Temple at Laie, Oahu,Hawaii. This work was accomplishedin a most satisfactory manner, and thebuilding and settings now attract theattention of all visitors. On Sept. 19, 1933, Elder Woolleywas ordained a High Priest by Pres.Castle H. Murphy and set apart aschairman of the Hawaiian MissionHigh Council, and when the OahuStake was organized June 30, 1935,he was chosen as president of thesame.
