Description
Deutsch: Bei geringen Antigenkonzentrationen (Ag) bilden sich lösliche Immunkomplexe. Bei äquivalenten Konzentrationen an Antikörpern (AK) und Ag bildet sich größere Mengen unlösliches Präzipitat. Bei einem Überschuss an Ag bilden sich wieder lösliche Immunkomplexe. Die Streulichtintensität lässt sich turbidimetrisch messen.
