Summary[edit]

Description
English: Known as Akkash Kandil, lanterns are inseparable part of Diwali festival in India. But the Traditional Kandil's have become a rarest commodity due to growing market share be Card board as well as Chinese lanterns. These Indian Kandil's are made with Bamboo sticks, kite paper, starch and cotton thread. Its process is highly technical, otherwise it easily looses its shape and looks ugly. These kandil's are immaculately accurate and good looking.
