Picture shows spaghetti hanging vertically on sticks. Long goods pasta, such as spaghetti is drooped over sticks and transported through the dryer. Short cut pasta, such as elbows are dried on screens instead of sticks (not shown). Removal of moisture from pasta is necessary after formation. |
