Description
Español: El Ingeniero Leon Halpern nació en Buenos Aires, el 16 de Febrero de 1910. Obtuvo los títulos de Electrotécnico en la Escuela Industrial de la Nación Otto Krause en 1931, de Agrimensor Nacional en la Universidad Nacional de La Plata en 1942 y de Ingeniero Geógrafo en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba en el año 1951. Fue fundador del Instituto Industrial "Luis A. Huergo" en el año 1934, desempeñándose en el mismo como Rector y ejerciendo en su oportunidad la docencia en las asignaturas de Mecánica y Topografía. Falleció en esta Capital, el 22 de Septiembre de 1984.
