Description
English: making of inlays
Deutsch: 4 Inlays nach dem Ausbetten aus des Gussmuffe, die Einbettmasse wurde entfernt (durch sanfte Hammerschläge), die Reste der Einbettmasse wurden mittels Sandstrahler entfernt, 4 Inlays mit jeweils einem Gusskanal, der jetzt in Metall gegossen als Gussstift bezeichnet wird, oben ein gemeinsamer Gusskegel, Metall: Zahngoldlegierung (ca. 30 €/g), die Gussstifte und der Gusskegel werden mit einer dünnen Diamantscheibe (möglichst ohne großere Spanverluste) abgetrennt und für die nächste zahntechnische Goldarbeit wieder eingeschmolzen. Das Gussobjekt steht auf dem Kopf. Beim Gießen ist der Gußkegel natürlich oben, hier wird dann das flüssig gerschmolzene Metall reingegossen.
