Description
Italiano: Striscia trasversale di dare precedenza (figura II 433 dell'articolo 144 del Regolamento di attuazione del Codice della Strada).
Dimensioni dei triangoli: in origine erano indicati per la base valori compresi fra i 40 e i 60 cm, e per l'altezza valori compresi fra i 60 e i 70 cm; il D.P.R. 16 settembre 1996, n. 610, all'articolo 90 ha introdotto i seguenti valori: per strade di tipo C e D base 60 cm ed altezza 70 cm, per strade di tipo E base 50 cm ed altezza 60 cm, per strade di tipo F base 40 cm ed altezza 50 cm.
La striscia può essere integrata dal simbolo di dare precedenza (figura 442/a), con il lato superiore posto ad una distanza minima di 2 metri dal vertice inferiore dei triangoli.
La separazione fra i sensi di marcia è segnata da una linea continua di lunghezza minima di 10 metri (per le strade urbane) o di 25 metri (per le strade extraurbane).
