Description
Svenska: Järfälla kyrka, Järfälla kommun, Stockholms län. Medeltida träskulptur från omkring 1500. Träskulpturen föreställer Sankta Anna, jungfru Maria och Jesusbarnet, den har sin plats framme i koret.

Sankta Anna var enligt legenden Jesu mormor. Det är hon som håller Maria och Jesus. Skulpturer av detta slag brukar kallas "Sankta Anna själv tredje". Troligen är det ett svenskt arbete av en okänd svensk mästare som var verksam omkring år 1500. Skulpturen kan ha haft sin plats i det altarskåp som försvann på 1800-talet.
