Description
Nederlands: Jan Graafland (1962) is hoofd tuinman bij Weleda en is dichter. Voordat Graafland tuinman werd, werkte hij in de financiële sector. Jan Graafland was stadsdichter van Gouda 2009-2010. Ontving de publieksprijs in de Nationale duurzame dichtwedstrijd. Zijn 1e dichtbundel heette: Gouda op heterdaad. Zijn 2e bundel genaamd De mierenmaker (2014) bevat korte vertellingen over zijn psychotische vader. Jan Graafland geeft samen met Wouter Kusters lezingen, vertellingen over psychose. Graafland schrijft onder andere voor Natuurmonumenten. Een bekend boek van hem is Groene Genade. Jan is verwant aan het adellijke geslacht Graafland. De foto is genomen tijdens hun gezamenlijke lezing in de Bibliotheek Gouda
