Français : Plaque située à la station Vendôme du métro de Montréal « Plaque en hommage à Jean Descaris (1617-1687), un des pionniers de Montréal à qui Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve remit une concession en 1650, et à son huitième descendant, Alphonse E. Décarie (1877-1945), à qui appartenaient les terres où sont construites les stations Vendôme et Villa-Maria. Cette plaque commémorative est présentée aux demoiselles Germaine, Gabrielle et Françoise Décarie, filles d'Alphonse E. Décarie par le président du comité exécutif de la Communauté Urbaine de Montréal, Pierre Des Marais II, à l'occasion de l'inauguration des stations Vendôme, Villa-Maria et Snowdon. 9 septembre 1981 » |
