Description CLAY NATIONAL GUARD CENTER, Marietta, Ga. February 7, 2017 – Georgia Army Nationa Guard Staff Sgt. Brian Sexton, a human resources sergeant with the state personnel office and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 121st Infantry Regiment is commended by Brig. Gen. Tom Carden, commanding general of the Georgia Army National Guard. Sexton, on his own initiative, undertook a review of Soldier files to expedite promotion listing for more than 1,700 Soldiers.
