Description "Die Vase besteht aus wulstigem, leicht konkav aufstrebendem Körper, der sich zu einem flachen Lippenrand weitet, und einem durch eine Schraube mit dem Corpus verbundenen runden Fuß auf quadratischer Plinthe. Aufgelegt auf den schalenartigen Ansatz des Körpers sind zwei vergoldete, mittig mit einem Schaftring versehene Attachen mit radierten Satyr-Mascarons. Hierbei handelt es sich um das früheste reine Kelchkrater-Modell der KPM, die sogenannte Redensche Vase, benannt nach dem bereits erwähnten Grafen Reden, zurückgehend auf römische Bronze- und Marmorvasen."
