[edit]NOTICE OF RESIGNATION of the State of Missouri, County of Franklin, SS. To the November Term Probate Court, A.D. 1927 : In the matter of the Estate of J. F. Lindauer, deceased. TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED: Take notice, that the undersigned, one of the Executors of the last Will of J. F. Lindauer, late of said county, deceased, will at the November term of said court, to be held at the Court House In the city of Union, county of Franklin, and State of Missouri, beginning on the second Monday in November, 1927, wiU, on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 1927 one of the days of said Term of Court, or as soon thereafter as he can be heard, apply to said Court for leave to resign the office and trust of one of the Executors of said estate. Dated, October 8, 1927. Max LINDAUER, One of the Executors of J. F. Lindauer, Deceased.
