Nederlands: Joods verzet, Monument ter nagedachtenis aan het joodse verzet tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
Locatie: Amstel 1, Amsterdam Kunstenaar: Joseph Glatt Materiaal: Zweeds graniet Jaartal: 1988 Foto © Gus Maussen 'Ter herinnering aan het verzet van de Joodse burgers gevallen in 1940-1945 5700-5705' 'Waren mijn ogen een bron van tranen dan zou ik wenen dag en nacht om de gevallen strijders van mijn dierbaar volk (naar JER., 8,23)' Initiatiefnemer van het monument was de in 1986 opgerichte Stichting Comité Joods Verzet 1940-1945. Jaarlijks vindt bij dit monument de herdenking plaats van de Kristallnacht (de nacht van 9 op 10 november 1938) toen in heel Duitsland joden werden aangevallen en honderden synagogen en duizenden Joodse bedrijven werden vernield en in brand gestoken.
