General Joseph W. Ralston, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, reviews a theater of opeation map with the Moroccan Chief of Staff. GEN Ralston visited Exercise AFRICAN EAGLE at Sidi Slimane Air Base. Morocco, to reinforce his appreciation of the close cooperation between Moroccan Forces and the United States. African Eagle is a biannual exercise designed to practice dissimilar air to air training with the Royal Moroccan Air Force.
