Español: Presidenta Bachelet designa a Julia Urquieta como nueva Subsecretaria de Previsión Social

En una ceremonia que se realizó esta mañana en el Salón O’Higgins del Palacio de La Moneda, la Presidenta de la República, Michelle Bachelet, designó a Julia Urquieta (PC) como Subsecretaria de Previsión Social.

Cabe indicar que la nueva autoridad es abogada de la Universidad de Chile y cuenta con una amplía y destacada trayectoria en materia de derechos humanos y sociales.

Antes de ocupar el cargo dejado por Marcos Barraza, quien ahora es ministro de Desarrollo Social, Urquieta formaba parte del equipo jurídico de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia.
