  • Description: The Lahore Fort:->Diwan-e-Aam or hall of public audience' was constructed in 1631-32 A.D. by Mughal emperor Shahjahan. It has 40 pillars and stands on a large raised rectangular platform measuring 187 x 60. It is a large front court of the Daulat Khana-e-Khas-O-Aam.
  • I, user Pale blue dot, real name, Ali Imran, am the creator of this image, and am licensing this image under GFDL & cc-by-sa-2.5.
  • The image was taken on July 9, 2005, in Lahore, Pakisan.
