Description
Deutsch: Kaffeemühle der Firma Zassenhaus. Die Kaffemühle dient dazu Kaffebohnen zu zerkleinern. Die Bohnen werden oben in die Mühle geschüttet, durch Drehen der Kurbel im Mahlwerk gequetscht und zerkleinert. Sie fallen aus dem Mahlwerk in die darunterliegende Schublade mit weißem Griff und können dort entnommen werden. Der hölzerne Körper der Kegelmühle besteht aus Kirschholz und Ahorn. Die Mühle besitzt ein unterstelliges (d.h. der Mahlgrat wird unterhab des Mahlwerks eingestellt) Mokka-Laufwerk. D.h. ein Mahlwerk das die Kaffebohnen speziell fein mahlt. Logo und Schriftzug des Herstellers auf einem Blechschild an der Frontseite der Mühle. Name des Herstellers auf dem leicht geschwungenen Bügel der Kurbel.
