Podľa dedikačného nápisu pod horným okrajom kalichovitej kupy ju dal zhotoviť bratislavský richtár Ulrich Rauchenwarter: anno domini MXXXXIX tertia feria ante diem viti martiris. sanctus martinus. ulreich rauchenbarter pei des zeiten i.n.r.i. Meno kovolejárskeho majstra nie je známe. Kryt tvorí neogotická helmica z roku 1878
