Bahasa Indonesia: Ketupat Betumis adalah puluran khas Banjar.Disajikan di atas piring ditemani Mageli, irisan ketupat disiram kuah santan yang didalamnya terdapat irisan sayur pepaya muda dan kacang nagara serta taburan bawang goreng diatasnya.
English: Served on a plate accompanied by Mageli, the ketupat slices are doused in coconut milk gravy with sliced young papaya and nagara beans and topped with fried shallots.
Banjar: Ketupat Betumis adalah salah sabuting masakan khas Banjar. Disuguhakan di atas piring basamaan lawan Mageli, irisan ketupat disiram kuah santan nang di dalamnya tadapat irisan sayur papaya muda wan kacang nagara wan taburan bawang goreng di atasnya.
