Description
Deutsch: Abzeichnung der Ogham-Inschrift Inschrift BLADNACH CUILEN auf der Kilgulbing-Hängeschüssel. Die Inschrift befindet sich außen auf einem Plättchen, das mit dem Aufhängehaken verbunden und auf der Außenseite der Schüssel befestigt ist. Die Ogham-Zeichen werden vom Haken aus von oben nach unten gelesen. Im Bild ist eine der drei Seiten der Schüssel von Kante zu Kante zu sehen. Auf den anderen Seiten ist keine Ogham-Inschrift. Die Kilgulbin-Hängeschüssel wurde 1927 in einem Moor im Townland Kilgulbin East in der Nähe von Ardfert, Grafschaft Kerry, Irland, entdeckt. Die Hängeschüssel selbst wird auf etwa 400 n. Chr. datiert, die Ogham-Inschrift ist zwischen 650 und 800 n. Chr. erfolgt
