The King and Colburn Block on the northwest corner of Summit Street and Madison Avenue in Downtown Toledo around 1871 when the Second National Bank was located on the first floor. In 1873 the Toledo Library Association occupied the second floor; J. Cooper Price had a men's wear store on the first floor.
