1) Və əlacah sərdar, canişini-Qafqazın nəsdiq və nəcavizi ilə Qafqazın maarif və məktəb popiçitelləri (mütəvvəlisi) tərəfindən sədr olan əmr mövcibincə işbu «Uşaq bağçası» kitabı cəmi rəsmi məktəblərinin ibtidai siniflərində türk dilinin təlim və tərbiyəsi üçün intixab olunmuşdur.
2) Alicənab Zaqafqaz müftisi Hüseyn əfəndi Qayıbovun tövsiyəsi ilə cəmi məscid məktəblərində həmin Uşaq bağçası dərs kitabı zümrəsində müstəməldir.
3) Alicənab Zaqafqaz şeyxülislamı Molla Əbdüssəlam Axundzadənin tövsiyəsi mövcibincə cəmi şiə məzhəb ətfalı-müslimini üçün dərs kitabı ittixaz olunmuşdur.
