Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: A plot of the size of the universe versus time for the nonstandard Klein–Alfvén theory of the universe. Under Klein–Alfvén cosmology, the universe started as a very large and sparse ambiplasma of matter and antimatter. Gravity caused it to contract, which increased the density, which caused the matter and antimatter to interact and annihilate. This annihilation created large amounts of energy that decelerated and stopped the contraction, then caused it to expand. This expansion led to the state of the universe observed today. The corresponding curve for the standard Big Bang theory is shown in red for comparison. Under Big Bang cosmology, the universe started as an infinitely small singularity, which rapidly expanded to its present state for unknown reasons. |
