Description
Deutsch: Die Blegny-Mine, in der Nähe von Liege gelegen, zählte in der Vergangenheit zu den 4 wichtigsten Kohlebergwerken in Belgien. Sie wurde 1980 als letztes Bergwerk geschlossen und zählt heute zum UNESCO-Welterbe. Für eine ausführliche Beschreibung vgl. Wikipedia. Die Aufnahme wurde unter Tage gemacht und zeigt den Verlauf eines gesicherten Stollens.
English: The Blegny mine, located near Liege, was one of the four most important coal mines in Belgium in the past. It was closed in 1980 as the last mine and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
